• Tracking details will be provided once dispatched
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges applied upon delivery.

If you have concerns about your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order to ensure the piece is right for you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Repairs and Care
Care instructions are provided upon purchase and must be followed to maintain your jewellery’s condition.
AEJL 'Love it Guarantee'
The AEJL Love It Guarantee is a change-of-mind return option available on eligible purchases made directly through AEJL. If your piece arrives and it isn’t right for you, you may request a return under this guarantee.
Return window
Return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Refund amount
Approved returns will receive a refund of the item price paid, less any original shipping fees (including express shipping or shipping upgrades). If an item was purchased using a discount code, promotion, or automatic discount, any refund issued under the AEJL Love It Guarantee will be for the amount paid for the item after the discount was applied, less any original shipping fees. Discount codes are not reinstated or refundable, and promotions may not be available again after the return window. Return shipping costs are not refunded and are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).
Condition requirements
To qualify, the item must be returned:
• In like-new, unworn condition (reasonable try-on is permitted),
• Free from scratches, dents, damage, perfume/lotions, or alterations, and
• With all original packaging and included materials.
• If the item shows signs of wear or damage beyond reasonable handling, AEJL may decline the return or deduct an amount from the refund to reflect restoration costs and loss of value.
Exclusions
The Love It Guarantee does not apply to:
• Engraved or personalised items,
• Bespoke/custom-designed pieces
• Items made to custom specifications outside standard product options,
• Final sale / sample / seconds items / gift with purchase / competitions
• Lost or damaged items
The Love It Guarantee does not cover items that are lost or damaged after delivery or during return transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring returns are packaged securely and sent via tracked and insured shipping. AEJL is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
How to request a return
Email [your email] within the return window with your order number and “Love It Guarantee” in the subject line. We will provide return instructions.
Inspection & processing
Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
Australian Consumer Law The Love It Guarantee is an additional benefit and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for faulty products.
