Manufacturing Warranty
AEJL provides a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase covering any manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship.
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing issue, contact us with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video
We will assess the piece and, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, provide a repair or replacement at no cost.

• Stretching or distortion from improper wear
• Damage from knocks, drops, or impact
• Scratches or dents from everyday use
• Tarnishing from exposure to chemicals, salt water, sweat, or cosmetics
• Loss of stones due to accidental damage or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
