Warranty & Care Guide

Warranty All AEJL pieces are covered by a six month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from general wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.

Care & Storage Keep your pieces separate by wrapping them in tissue or cloth when travelling, or store them in individual compartments of a jewellery box. Remember to separate each earring in a pair. Remove rings and bracelets before any task that might knock or rub them, and always put jewellery on after applying makeup, perfume, and hair products.

Silver Avoid wearing sterling silver in the shower, as water can cause tarnishing over time. We also recommend removing silver pieces before swimming in pools or hot tubs, as chlorine and chemicals can damage your jewellery.

Gold While 18kt and 9kt gold are durable, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming, exercising, or sleeping to preserve their finish and settings.

Stones Avoid exposing gemstones to harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or sudden changes in temperature. Some stones are more delicate than others. When in doubt, a soft dry cloth is always the safest way to clean your piece.
