Delivery & Returns

AEJL offers complimentary shipping on all Australian orders. For our international clients, we offer worldwide express shipping via DHL at a flat rate of $60 AUD. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Most of our jewellery is handmade to order, as such, most orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase, some pieces will take 5-7 business days, depending on what is indicated on product page.

As each piece is made with intention and craftsmanship, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions and we will be happy to assist.

Please note:

• Additional fees may apply depending on your country of destination
• Our prices do not include import duties or customs fees, which vary by country
• We are not responsible for unexpected delays related to customs and border controls at destination
